Meet Our Owner
Hi, I’m Kelle Ballard, a decisive and energetic owner’s representative in the architectural and engineering industries celebrating 24+ years of expertise where I have won multiple national awards for team management building. I have successfully completed over 3.9M sf of construction, renovation, space planning and project development.
As a spirited team leader, I utilize a collaborative management style to articulate, direct and achieve high level objectives and goals for home owners and developers.
At the present time, I am focused upon design-build processes for clients that will lead to high efficiency construction through masterful design, proactive green methods, on time delivery, in budget estimates and quality craftsmanship that exceed expectations.
